I got an update that was ostensibly only for the addition of the Icelandic language, BUT, it greatly improved my SXM and FM sound quality. Close to zero static, even when adjusting the volume.

I haver the same in issue in my 2020 LR + Model S. It’s gotten progressively worse with each recent update. Scratchiness and static on all SXM channels, but crystal clear when streaming Spotify. Occurs even more when adjusting volume. Has anyone received a good explanation as to what‘s going on?

Same issue with me. Sounds like an old analog radio. Very disappointing.

Yes, have the Model S. I get the one SXM demo channel, but no “subscription” tab to activate the 3 month trial. And, when I try refreshing the signal using the SXM webpage, I get a message that the radio is not “activated.”
