Ever since I turned off Automatic Emergency Braking function, I have yet to experience another hard phantom braking. Now granted you have to turn that off every time you start the car, but to me it is still worth it. There might be occasional slow down and that's all due to speed limit decrease.

I hate phantom braking so much!! Mine is 2021 model, and after experiencing several times, I am very reluctant to use it anymore. Or I guess if you do want to use the auto steer, you would have to press down the accelerator.

I am currently on s3xy button app version to 3.1.4, and Tesla software to 2023.2.10 (both upgrade yesterday). However, the battery preconditioning function does not seem to work after that (shows Prec. N/A). Does anyone else experience the same?
