I got the exact same issue and the alerts are so annoying. They're constantly beeping and makes it a PITA to drive. Service said that they're aware of the issue and it is software related....apparently tesla is working on a fix.

Seen new ones still in packaging being sold for 320-350. A MY roof rack has been listed on ebay locally in east bay for over a month at $450 with no takers. If you're open to selling at a lower cost I'd be interested.

You will get SAs telling you everything is within spec. Just resubmit another ticket and keep going back. Persistence pays off but it's unfortunate for owners as this is a huge time suck.

Sometimes tesla will literally drive the car to your house for delivery, and then have the tesla employee uber back to the factory to make more deliveries. Someone probably took a few additional joy rides prior to OP getting their car.

Call your SA and see if they can match in real time to another VIN that is ready for pickup.

Don't ever believe the BS of "it will get better over time." Schedule a visit to the SC or a Mobile tech and document everything to ensure Tesla fixes every issue in your car. Congrats!
