I had a 61 VIN, no double panes, however, I did drive an MY2021 with double pane to secure my nerves, I really did not notice a difference. I would encourage you to do the same, I am sure at times, they will be beneficial.

Correct, your MVPA will not generate until you have an insurance card with the VIN.

Yes, you might have to call the insurance company, the MY is not showing in most insurance companies databases.

It’s hard to be patient! I was checking for my VIN multiple times a day, no updates from Tesla was driving me nuts! Basically, they will get the car to you when they are shipping to your area and building your config. There’s no science to the madness! Just hang in there.

A few folks have reported the VIN vanishing and a few days later a new VIN assignment re-appears. It seems the VINs update late afternoons, I assume in batches, check back then! You might also check the source coding and search "5YJ."

Last Friday I called the SC and was told Tesla pushed the date back to tool the factor for EURO on Model Y. This is why the wait time decreased from 7-11 weeks to 4-8 mid-September.

Yep, I called my SA to confirm and he stated Model Y is not being produced for EURO yet, however, for other Telsa models yes the beginning of the quarter is reserved for other markets. He still seemed confident in an OCT VIN assignment.

I was able to speak with an SA in Charlotte, very helpful, basically stated I missed the Q3 cut-off by ordering on 9/9, he checked to see if a VIN matched my order, no matches, however, Tesla was determining changes in how/when deliveries would be made (hence why the estimates keep changing)...

It odd I have heard nothing from Tesla? I ordered 9/9, Charlotte, NC, White, LR AWD w/ black/white, tow, no FSD. Completed all the steps, I have not even received a text, like a 2-4 week or 4-6 week, nothing, crickets. SA does not reply, once ordered he bolted.
