#1 The connection is really for the car and the apps you can use on the screen. It is not a hotspot that you can connect to #2 Nope, not possible. Soon to be MY owner & questions with Android
Forget about android auto, doesn't work with tesla and it's incredibly frustrating. Not sure why car manufacturers insist in reinventing the wheel (pun intended).
