Does any one know the Umbrella Umbrella the backbone is fiber glass or not? The desorption shows the frame is fiber glass but not sure the backbone part!

Does anybody know how Tesla applies the 5000? i.e.: car price $48290 $48,290+ (license +tax) = $53,490.56 1. $48,290-$5000 =43,290 + (license +tax) 2. $53,490.46 - $ 5,000 One or two will Tesla apply?
