Thanks, this is my fourth Tesla (two Model S and one Model 3). Every car has had the windows tinted and I have never experienced any issues. Wasn’t sure if this could be unique to the Model X.

Oh we will but I am not going to have them try and fix it. They tried to tell us that the car had been in an accident and the frame was off and that’s why the issue was occurring. No issues at all until the tint was performed.

Do you think a certified window shop like Safelite could do it? I can’t get into Tesla until June 18

It looks like it’s tracking correctly but as it gets closer to the top the window doesn’t stay with the contour of the car. I comes in contact with the bottom of the trim just enough to push it out instead of in towards the seal. This seal was deformed when we got the car on the drivers side at...
