After one drive, the window notification is back! Is there a way to ask tesla without a service apt?

That did fix the window notification, but I keep getting a new notification from the service center. It was a message regarding filling out a survey. I can't make that notification go away. I even Uninstalled the app.

This is the only thing holding me back. Will the adaptor fit in the charger, and stay there when placing it back in the holster? Or will the adaptor have to be put in everytime? I would rather go with a charger that can do different cars, but this would be annoying.
