I did XPEL ceramic all around. 55% roof, 70% windshield/rear windows and 15% front windows. I wanted a uniform look from the side and lite coverage looking out. I'm happy with the results

Yes. My Tesla account had an acknowledgement of this rebate when I visited today and took delivery.

Confirmed. I picked up my MYP today and they deducted $1,500 from my down payment.

I received my VIN on 11/12 and my local Tesla Center emailed the following day to schedule delivery and said the car "just finished production". Hope this helps.

Initial approval was with Wells Fargo (through Tesla) for 2.49% @ 72 months. I emailed Tesla to ask about lower rate with Chase as I have accounts with them and was given 2.34% @ 72 months. 800+ FICO with ~$10k down.
