Yeah it is a little weird. For example, I have Next Steps/Completed steps on my page. Insurance info still shows up under next steps even though I've uploaded proof of insurance. Never rely on Tesla App on Android; Google can stop it for no reason.
FWIW "unfortunately, the Tesla App was stopped" indicates that there is a problem with the app, not that google is blocking it. Try clearing the app's cache in settings.- nathansoz
