Hey I have had my model y for only a couple of weeks. I am 190 miles from the nearest service center. I went through this same concern. However after talking to many others in the same situation i decided it was worth it. so far so good

I havent actually looked but thee is no sound when i stop backup or summon.

So it has been a few weeks with my model Y awd. Here is my initial review. Holy *sugar* this car is awesome! Sure there are some minor issues I will get fixed and it irritates me it does not come with homelink like every other car in the universe.... But it is super fun to drive, totally is...

I often wonder how much of what i hear now is because the car is so quiet? Would these sounds be noticeable to me if it was a gas engine?

hey I had the rear one on for 45 min and touched the window in the back no warmth or change in fogging

Really impressive, I wonder how it handles curbs as well as it does. You cannot trust summon not to run up on a curb yet this seems to never hit one. For me its a real concern with how easy it is to damage the rims.

I had the same issue happen with my 2018 ford raptor with electronic door opening mech. It was even a recall but after the fix it was the same so i just used deicer.

OMG i thought i was alone! Today it snowed and the wipers went apeshit! Fast when it was a little snow but alot coming down on the window and it stayed off in auto mode. I ended up turning them off entirely. Disappointing as the autowipers in my ford raptor were not perfect but worked much...

So today was the first day of snow here in northern AZ. Couple of questions came to mind. 1) Does everyone else think the auto for the wipers is all over the place? In the snow it was fast as hell for a bit when there was little coming down and then when i could barely see out of the window...

I have bought everything AO had that I wanted over other vendors. They have been prompt and the stuff I have gotten has been high quality.

I’ve had a similar issue. Basically I get the camera icon with a red dot and the sentry with red. I get in the car and there may be 3 notifications for sentry. Yet when I click on the notification thetr are no clips. then when I click on the camera with the red there is nothing in the sentry...
