We’ll got my answer from DMV, somehow in March when I refi my Tesla, that triggered some reason why the DMV cancelled my application? So now I have to reapply, at this point it’s 90 day turn around so wouldn’t get my stickers til October so I’ll be waiting til 2022 to apply

At this point, even if I reapply, if they take another 5 months to get HOV sticker I’ll get stickers in Dec 2021, might as well wait til 2022 to apply for HOV stickers to get 4 full years.

Mailed application January 31st, still no check cashed yet!

For those who buy the FSD with the car, it raises the price of the car, for a better business tax deduction. So 8K add on may only cost you 5K after the write off, and when you sell car I'm sure that add on will be worth at least 5K at that time, something to think about.

You may want to consider adding 8k FSD to price of vehicle, you may pay more registration fees but if your writing car off for business, and depending on your tax brackets, you may save a lot more buying it with car saving you Fed and State income Tax.
