I actually had to pre-ordered from back in the day but didn't actually do the documentation until 10/19. Not sure if that made a difference. I have FSD and it was a text message for me to schedule the delivery through the website.

I've pre-ordered a while back but never gotten the documents in until 10/19. Haven't heard anything from them and also don't see any estimated delivery date on my account. Does everyone have an estimated delivery date on their accounts?

New to forum. Ordered a while back but didn't complete all paperwork until 10/19. Called in earlier today to check on status and make sure everything is in order but found out that the order has been placed as ineligible until 2021 so they just removed it and hopefully I'll hear back in a month.
