Congrats. What was your EDD before you got a VIN? I got the charger email today. Not sure it means anything.

March 2021 order. EDD shifted and shortened. Old: 10/26 - 11/17 New: 11/1 - 11/16 Still kinda flabbergasted by seeing end of year 2021 orders being delivered.

How much are y’all saving on this? I own my own business but only use the vehicle for like 40-50% business use.

EDD is 10/23 - 11/13. Tesla salt lake text me asking to complete financing. I asked when a VIN would be assigned and they said “Your account is currently showing as early as October 23rd to 30th.” Is this normal? I have a hunch I shouldn’t do anything until a VIN is assigned.

For those that got the trade in text, was that any indicator that a vin was coming?

I never told Tesla I had a trade in at any point. I do have a model Y that I am considering trading in, but they didn’t know that. The text seems completely random. I am hoping it means VIN soon. 563 days since ordering.

I got bumped a week too. Window is still 3 weeks. Got the trade in text though.

March 2021 order EDD update. Went from 10/21 - 11/25 to 10/14 - 11/4. Looks like my end is finally in sight.

Day 551. EDD changed from 10/5-11/16 to 10/21-11/25

545 days since I ordered my 6 seat LR I got an update! Just got a text with several links to plaid options I can take delivery! Just when I thought I couldn’t get more turned off by all of this.

You all 6 seaters? March 2021 here as well. Hilarious that I have to specify the year. 10/5-11/16 EDD. I feel the 6 seat config is really doing me dirty seeing all the June/July 21' 7 seaters get delivered.

If the vehicle was already at SC in your region, the line jump makes sense. They’re not going to put the car on another truck.

Had a dream last night I got my VIN. I will let you all know if it pans out as accurate delivery communication.

I really think they should just stop displaying EDDs at this point. If placeholders just keep getting nudged then they don’t mean anything.
