Broken Plastic Running Light Lens

Where can I find a replacement plastic lens for the lower passenger running light? I'd like to do it myself. The light still works. It's just the plastic lens that's broken.

Bike rack drain

Do you know if someone sells a bike cover which would clip into the back of the trunk lid creating an airfoil around the bikes?
