Ok, got the Thule Snowpack L, which indeed has t-slot connectors. Dumb question - how do I remove the plastic covers from the ends of the Tesla rack? they were easy to snap on but I see no way to get them off.

Ahah, I've never heard of a T-track, but the Tesla shop page indeed indicates "The aluminum cross bars on the roof rack feature T-slots to seamlessly mount compatible attachments such as ski racks, bike racks and cargo boxes." Thanks! Now I'll know what to search for as I shop for a ski rack.
