Definitely set up the car to display percentage. Then, treat the car exactly as you do with your phone - charge it up overnight (but not to 100%) then use it the next day. Only worry about your percentage if you'll be using the car an unusual amount in one day, in which case plan to stop...

Took me a fortnight. I don't think G2L/ALD are particularly quick. My advice is to relax - comms will come, but they may take a while. Application to delivery for me is 12-16 weeks.
