Center display unavailable message, but everything works fine

I got this today. Wife was at work, and called me saying the app doesn't connect. The center display was black, and there was a text on the instrument panel saying the center display is unavailable. The scroll wheel reset rebooted the center display and everything seems fine. But the message in...

Finland Breaks Record for Biggest Tesla Light Show

The perfect synchronization part is easy, as everybody just schedules the lightshow to start at the same time. The light waves were a bit more difficult to arrange. There were actually 66 slightly different light shows, and great care was taken to make sure each participant has the right USB...

1938241-00-A Smart Current Limits Meter - Wall Connector

Looking at post #37 (1938241-00-A Smart Current Limits Meter - Wall Connector), I'd like to have a device with three current sensor loops (for each of the three phases), with either WiFi or RS-485 communication. On TWC side I would like to be able to specify that TWC should adjust the charge...

1938241-00-A Smart Current Limits Meter - Wall Connector

Exactly. There are many 3rd party wall connectors which have either wired or wireless current sensors to limit the charge current on peak loads. It would be so nice to have a this kind of sensor unit with three current loops, connecting either over WiFi or RS-485. Or, have an open interface...

1938241-00-A Smart Current Limits Meter - Wall Connector

Wow, this sounds interesting. On the European side the home grid connections are typically three-phase connections, which makes the load sharing even more important. For example, I have 3x25A @ 230V, 17 kW total power, each phase can be loaded up to 5.7 kW. The difficulty is that the car loads...

    2022.8.10.1 on MCU1

2021.24.28 -> 2022.8.10.5 is rolling out in Europe, and also in the US 2022.8.10.1 -> 2022.8.10.5 seems to be rolling out. According to TeslaFi firmware page, 2022.8.10.1 has been offered to MCU1/AP1 combo, but there's not a single report of 2022.8.10.5 on MCU1/AP1 or MCU1/pre-AP combo?

Cluster restarting every time I go to the car - Is this Normal?

My eMMC was fixed last November (Tesla Service Center replaced the daughterboard), and I still have this problem. So I have just turned the energy saving off. Also Teslamate complains a lot about disconnects from streaming API, see Too Many Disconnections from Streaming API · Discussion #1359 ·...

Late 2016 / Early 2017 S Owners: How Are Your Daytime Running Lights Holding Up?

Check out what the guys in the Swedish forum have done (Google translate works well in translating Swedish to English). It seems that the DLR leds run so hot that the solder melts, and the leds also burn the ends of the light tubes. TeslaClubSweden.se • Visa tråd - Trasigt varselljus
