Yes, this can be hardwired. The online manual shows the details (you basically just need ring terminals for the feed conductors).

Former '05 Magnum RT owner here...waiting impatiently on an M3 LR. My Magnum had KW coilovers and Hotchkis bars front and rear and even comparing the Magnum to my wife's new Model Y LR, it is dynamically superior in every way to the Magnum. Less body roll, less squat/dive and quicker steering.
