    Spot on, The defendant's insurance company will definitely not pay £400 a day, questions they will ask you in the end to contend it; Was the rate charged not an ordinary commercial rate? (ie over inflated) Were you in a position to financial position to have paid the hire charges upfront...

    Who is providing the hire car? your insurer or theirs? If it's your insurer, £400 is likely to be an issue when the claim goes through, I can tell you from experience.

    haha should have used a more inconspicuous name, that's us :-). We just sold our BMW M3 Comp and this is the replacement, we've also installed a charging point at the shop for anyone to use (only 7kwh :( )

    We ordered a Model 3 Performance on the 7th of this month, think we'll get it before Christmas?
