I responded privated, but for others what I learned was that it was related to the fan in the condenser unit. This was replaced in the service center and has resolved the issue. THey were able to reproduce the sound and judged that it was related to faulty bearings. Hope this helps others.

Well it has been happening mostly when heat is on I think, probably why I didn't notice it until the cooler weather. I am wondering if it is a bearing or something. Have mobile service coming in 2 weeks so if no one has ideas, I will update when I learn the answer!
