Definitely used to be an issue with puddle lights I remember that story. Drove through a puddle and got water up the door seal and then something with the puddle lights made the windows vent. Yeah the Tesla one has little velcro hatches for the a harness to clip through. No good if yours is one that needs the entire belt to attach to though as the actual belts themselves are hidden by the hammock.

I have a very active greyhound and have had him in the back on the Tesla hammock many times so far. Yeah there are probably way cheaper options available that would work just as well, but for me, the Tesla cover is perfect for my needs.

When I first bought the car old Elon said you can leave the car plugged in all day, every day and it will be quite happy. If I've charged the car and I don't go out there a couple days, I don't worry about it, but I certainly don't plug the car in if it doesn't "need" charging.

Settlement or trade in? If its settlement i'd be over the moon as you have just saved 7.500. If you mean trade in, its because they offer whatever they want, based on their perceived value of the car, i.e if they actually want it or not. If they are short on stock, price go up etc.

Id have to guess that the previous 2 button reset occured when you had no signal, so the car didn't know where it was and defaulted back to US. Would have been interesting if it was persistent or cleared itself eventually.

I'll throw you a bone in that, I had my entire headlights/sidelights & daytime running lights go out on me and it ended up being a e-fuse. Disconnecting the main and 12v batteries fixed it.

Oh I honestly didn't think we would even get them on the map over here, I feel more optimistic about it because realistically, adding a audible warning now would be very very simple for Tesla, therefore should only take about 2 years. But having the cameras on the map at least is certainly a start.
