2023 MYLR June purchase. Have been to the 'generate IRA form' site and submitted the request many times and no form yet (Jan 21).

Looking for the same answer. I paid the $250 order fee and that was not deducted from my final amount due. Do you think this was due to the $250 price increase? My Order Agreement shows $49,990 while the current price is $50,240.

Similar issue with my SC experiences, works out to about 0.10$/mile here in Tampa area. When compared to other EV chargepoints (no account, no credit card, no app to download, charging speed) I guess the convenience is worth it.
