Nothing was NTFS. There's no clue as to why it stopped working, but at least one mistake in my last shot at re-formatting was to create the drive LABEL as TeslaCam, but then forgot to create the FOLDER with the same name. Ultimately I got it to work ! I re-did everything including Formatting...- starmusic

Yes, I re-partitioned and formatted . All is well in Windows, but fails in the car; Music always is fine. I gave up and let the Tesla reformat the entire 100gb card for the dashcam and it works. Recent updates to my Model S seem to have STOPPED this from working. My drive with the two partitions worked great for a LONG time, but now the dashcam system simply does not recognize the drive and the onscreen button goes away when I put the car into gear.
