Taking delivery of my p85+ first week of March and got a call the other day from my DS re: change in direction of wood grain. I asked if I could expect any changes to the seats and he said they just started using a new spring in the front seats that would make them "more comfortable"...

Got my vin today too: 32036; delivery date 3/5

P 85+ confirmed 10/11/13. Scheduled delivery March '14 No VIN yet.

I'm torn also and haven't decided if I'm going with the red calipers with the grey and grey wheels. Here are a couple of pictures a product specialist at the local service center emailed me.

Giz--I'm assuming no word from your DS that this is configuration is going to be available in the future. Anyone else heard anything??

Agreed. The tax credit was a big issue too. I'm not expecting a model refresh but by Jan/Feb figured they would have some new features out there. If not, then it's a more painful wait but at least they will have run more cars through their production line.

Struggled with the timing. Wanted '14 model year and figured maybe some other options/improvements might be coming soon.

Score another one for texex91. P85+ ordered for March '14 Delivery. Grey/Grey wheels. Easy to justify the 10k extra after a short test drive being a long-time BMW guy. Painful wait period now.
