Its based on MSRP pricing. I placed an order for and Ultra RED MX long range on the Sep 3rd. Was told adding anything but color disqualifies me for the federal tax credit because the MSRP price is above 80k.

They didn't want to fix it. Apparently within spec. I told them I want a new center console and ill pay for it if I had too. It feels like I'm waiting for a new Model S again they keep moving my date back.

My car has been in service for over a month.... I'm paying out of pocket to get my console replaced. they still trying to get me parts. If yoke still buzzes when i get my car back and they dont fix it ill pay out of pocket for a newer yoke. I heard people with the new yoke revisions don't buzz.

Any word on the tail lights? i wouldn't mind just changing the tail lights.

front headlights looks kinda ugly compare to old ones, the circle make it look like old school bulb/xenons, either way going to try to swap them, waiting for those part numbers :rolleyes:

My service center won't order me those pieces since I'm not a plaid :(. Looks nice surprised you can pull those all apart, did you use some sort of instructions? I worked on model 3s before so I know a lot of them just require pulling and a plastic pryer tool. I need to find some way to order...

I got the basic stuff done, mine is wrapped in 3M Satin Flip Ghost Pearl and ceramic coated. Got my lights smoked out and all windows tinted with 3M nano-ceramic 35% around with 70% windshield. Can't wait to see your HREs though!

When I put windows all the way it closes fine. but looking at the door it's not flush with the fender on the top side. It's either a missed align door or trim. It does travel down about the same height as the front driver side door, I doubt they'll do anything about it, I'll keep you guys...

I think it's supposed to be like that, I had a large gap between my trim and side mirrors but I just pushed it in and it was less noticeable. the more I look at my car the more little things I see that bothers me. I was able to do it through the USB port in the glove box. All I had to do was reformat my hard drive and the recording icon popped up.

I watch the video in the article you linked, it was a tesla issue and tesla replaced his bumper under warranty. Unless your wrapper/PPF person is using cheap material this shouldn't happen.

Yeh cars do come from Fremont but anyone can check your account. I believe it's a cooperate number, not a showroom.
