So Cal update Made my down payment. Received a text to expect delivery to my house in 1-3 days. Website says delivery 3/11 with the 12:01am placeholder time. FWIW, I did not request delivery. The changed it to that and I live about 10 minutes from a delivery center.

I would assume they're sequential (I could be wrong), which is why I'm a little concerned. Waited 4 months for this and then it kinda took the wind out of my sails that it's possibly an older build or a reject.

I got 2.14% through Tesla. I emailed autofinance at tesla and asked them if they could find me a better rate. 30 minutes later had two hard inquiries from two different lenders and a better rate.

Speaking from experience. I'd take what your SA tells you with a huge grain of salt. My SA told me I'd take delivery the 2nd week of December. Which then became "for sure delivery last week of December." Here we are March 1st and I'd wager my car hasn't even been built yet.

From what I've read, I think Yeah hopefully. I've been waiting since 11/6. In CA at least, it seems VIN to delivery date is 6 days. So I'm guessing they're trying to make at least a few deliveries down here while they're still doing the east coast and midwest.

I'm in a similar boat. Except I ordered an M3P on 11/6 and changed to my order to the exact same one as you last week. We're both in So Cal and my range is now March 1 - March 15. I anticipate it disappearing again like it did yesterday.

I originally ordered an M3P on 11/6. Recently changed my order to an LR. So I'm guessing my order date has me at the front of the list for our coast.

Yeah I only know my SA because he called 3.5 months ago when I ordered my car. Then I've spoken two him 3 times since. Twice for each time my delivery window got pushed back and once to change my order to an LR. Waiting almost 4 months for a car that I was told I was going to get in 6-8 weeks...

Interesting. My SA told me that because I'm still within the same model class I essentially keep my place in line. Not sure if there's any truth to that though.

Changed my order to a LR after the 1k price drop. I haven’t driven a performance and as long as I never do I won’t regret my decision. Good luck guys, after waiting 3.5 months I just want a damn car.

Test drove a non-boosted LR today. It was fun to drive. I can say I’d be pretty happy having never driven a performance. My advisor speculated the delay is possibly them adding air suspension. I’m going to wait and see what the M3P’s being delivered have before changing my order.

New here. Just found this thread. Ordered 11/6 in LA, white w/ black interior. Same story as every one else. Multiple date changes, SA promised delivery before years end. Genuinely might change my order to a LR. I’ll never track my car anyway and I’ll just buy the boost and save 8k. **** it.
