is it a big deal that UPP large sweep rotors use non factory brake pads? could replacing pads in the future be a problem? MPP rotors use stock pads, the UPP large sweep rotors are designed for compatible brake pads.

Does @SignatureWheel still recommend 315/30/21 M01 for the rears?

you will be disappointed in the ride quality/comfort vs MB. maybe you can Turo a model S for a day, wont be a free test drive but you might walk away with a better feel for the car.

i think you can call ANY tesla store, give them your reservation phone #, they will pull up your RN and then can make the switch for you. if not any store, atleast any local store. i did not call my SA or the store he works in to make the change, i just called through a list of tesla stores...

Old rims will technically fit, same bolt pattern. But will not be a proper fit. Refreshed rims are wider at the front and rear, the rear is now 45 et, it was 40.

Old arachnids are forged can’t confirm if new arachnids are forged, but unlikely. Haven’t seen confirmation one way or other. forged is lighter and stronger

Any prefresh orders try changing from 19” to 21” wheels and told it would be a “new” build and therefore cancel the prefresh $2,000 credit? Always planned to get new wheels as I am not a fan of either/any Tesla wheel but considering if it speeds up delivery.

the spacer would "lower" the offset/et. an et50 w/5mm spacer would be 45et. you do not need to make sure the aftermarket wheels are the same offset as stock wheels, the offset can change depending on the wheel width. if you are going with 20" aftermarket, the parts list had zero-g wheels at...
