Small update, no word from Tesla after sending them some letters. In the Netherlands we do not have a culture of "suing" people (no offence), often things are resolved in mediation. Bugs me a lot that I now have to search for legal council.

Small update; I have given notice to Tesla that this is a "non-conformiteit" (a dutch consumer protection provision ) and formally asked them to repair the trunk under warranty. I hope this will move them to repair the issue.

Take a picture of the bolts on the left side, did they shift also? This isn't a one off thing anymore

Yeah that seems like it. Only on power trunk cars. They claim it's the fault of the customer, "you’ve done some thing wrong"

Yeah had the same issue, 3 month old car. Tesla says it is not a warranty issue They re-aligned it for me and had to pay 85 euro's for the re-alignment. Still stuck with a ugly damage:

Nice car ! Does the car have a heated steering wheel, new head lights and dashboard trim on the doors ? I'm wondering what to expect on mine.
