Our driver door on our 2017 S75D - the handle was stuck IN, but the door would still work if we pushed the handle. Had remote service come out today, and now the handle is stuck OUT. We already paid $372....gonna be very unhappy if we have to pay again.

Am I correct that the 2016.5 Model S had the full glass roof as an option? I don't think I've ever seen a used one for sale with that option. 2017 I know it was, and 2018. Is sentry model available on the 2016.5 Model S? Thanks

I'm having a hard time finding a definitive answer for this - when did Sentry mode become standard on the Model S? Is it possible to get older models to do it (maybe with infotainment upgrade)?
