'My' Tesla is in my wife's name (£200p/m cheaper through her salary sacrifice scheme than through mine) and they've been talking to me without issue. Some things have been texted to her after I asked but they've freely given me other info. I presume that the RN is like a key!

I wouldn't bother with emails. Whenever I've called them I've had the info being requested either over the phone or sent by text.

For people who have recently collected/had delivered... What came with the car accessory wise? Have people received the breakdown kit (triangle, basic first aid kit etc), memory stick for TeslaCam and all cables? I've heard it can be hit and miss. Just need to see what I need to order if...

I made a presumption on the Ray based on arrival dates. So it could be on the Glovis Sun. As long as the 15th doesn't change!

I've got a 235 VIN that I presume is on the Hyperion Ray. It's due for delivery on 15th June. I'd say Southampton will be the first stop or my delivery date will get shunted!

I asked Tesla this question last week and the aim is to deliver/have them picked up with at least 40% battery. But that's an aim and not a guarantee.

Once you have the RN just get into the phone with Tesla. Every time I've spoken to them they've been very helpful. Yesterday I called them to see if my car had a reg plate yet (so I could change my parking permits). While they couldn't tell me that they did tell me when it was expected to...

I chased and chased the RN with Fleet. Last Thursday I received the email to complete the setting up of my Tesla account. Next day got a text with the RN from Tesla. Tuesday this week I received a flurry of texts and then it arrived. The holy grail. The text confirming a delivery slot. So...

I'll be honest I was getting bored of all the waiting and chasing. Then several texts over the last 2-3 days and I'm excited again. Having NHS Fleet and then a lease company between me and Tesla obviously slowed things down so I hope you get your flurry of texts soon!

Lease physically ordered my LR (Midnight Silver) on 10th May and yesterday I received a delivery date of 14th June.

And now a date for a Brizzle pick up on 15th June. They might drag their heals for the first few weeks but then seem to open the textual floodgates.

Finally received the RN. A month after ordering (lease).

I'll give it a few goes but won't bust a gut. From what I understand Tesla are trying to wind down/change the referral scheme so as the car has already been purchased they've got nothing to lose.

I'm in the same situation. Lease company wouldn't take the referral code so I'm just going to keep badgering Tesla. It's also the wife's car as it was £200 p/m cheaper through the lease company her Trust uses.

I was on that like a flash. Although I'm leasing so slightly different for me. I've been chasing the leasing company for an RN since we ordered (23 April). The account set up email is the first confirmation I've had that the order is on Tesla's system.

Finally had contact from Tesla. It's only an email asking me to finish creating my account but it's something!

When I spoke to Bristol they told me it could be delivered or I could pick up. Totally my choice. But I can't even get an RN from Fleet/Lease despite having a similar ordering timeline as you!

I can't even find out who the lease company is despite asking. I'm not really an impatient person but having test driven in September, first ordering in March and now in the Tesla Limbo period my patience is being tested! The Tesla process is bad enough but bung in two additional parties...

Does anyone have experience of ordering through NHS Fleet Solutions? First ordered (LR Midnight Silver) early March. Order cancelled due to admin error. Second quote/order caught up in the grant fiasco despite it being signed off (or maybe not) before 18th March. Third order finally accepted...
