No more string drops. Had two full sun days in a yesterday and today. Guess I am going to call the firmware upgrade the "fix" at this point.

Yesterday and today were fine for me. No drops. I am not flat topping like the best day earlier this month...I spent less time at 3.9-4 kw than before. Makes we wonder if the firmware update is clipping the input harder ? 5% if, so. Here is today's output (full sun)

Tesla emailed back today after 2 weeks.. They updated the firmware last week and basically said the variability in output is due to weather...? " Prior to the update the performance was good, with underperformance possibly being attributed to regional weather. Seasonality affects a solar...

My last two days (sat-sunday) were as they should be for a change. Perfect full sun day, no string drops. Delta was running at max output for 2-3 hrs.

I dropped today between 11-11:15. Same time? I called in yesterday. About a 10min wait, he said he would send it to diagnostics team. A week typically for them to respond. Do you see overcurrent errors in your error log?

I talked to Tesla installers on neighbors house he said call to get field service tech out. I called the main energy line. The guy couldnt see the app request...dont use the app. He sees errors in the inverter but its raining so gotta call back tomorrow so we can play the reset game outside...

I was a little better today. I watched the Delta Inverter output in real time starting at 11 am to see if any string had an output that exceeded invertor specs. The string drop was about 11:15 on two days...of course, when you watch it..things change...drop didnt happen until 11:53am.It was...

There are some PV2 over current errors the last few days. Their timestamps partially overlap the string drop time. Error is on PV2...but PV1 is thenone with no output.

I do have it. I confirmed zero output on the PV1 string when it happens.

I have a 4.7 kw panel system. Delta M-4 imverter. Systems been live for about 4 months with no issues until now. The last few days I noticed dips in output on full sun, zero cloud days. One string drops to zero output. Anyone else have this happen? I put in service request Monday. Waiting...
