    Thanks for that. I did not know the exact Wh/mile figure for the EV1. However, that's a 2-seater. Hopefully with today's (and future) technology we could scale that up to at least a compact 4-door, Honda Civic-sized vehicle.

    This is a question for people with engineering knowledge. The current Model S consumes about 280Wh/mile at highway speeds (let's forget city driving for the moment). The future Gen3 car will be cheaper and smaller, with a smaller battery, but still needs to maintain the same range (200 miles). I...
