Any updates on progress?

I had hoped it would be done by the end of august too but since it hasn’t even been started… not looking too good.

Just stopped in a moment ago. Construction hasn’t yet started.

Stopped into the Esso station today and the cashier said construction for the super chargers will be started in a few weeks. This store is a great place for the chargers. There is an M&M Meats inside with loads of pastries, a decent sized grocery selection for a gas station. Bathrooms are clean...

Yup. Operational and charging quickly. So happy this is now open. Will miss the drive to Richmond though. :)

A post on PlugShare by a Tesla driver indicates the manager of the station said a bunch of Superchargers were going to be installed by end of June 2021 at the Esso in Invermere. There is already a destination charger at this same Esso Station if in a pinch until then.

Had a chat with a young gentleman who lives in the condos in the same alley. He advised it wouldn’t be turned on for about another month. He works for BC Hydro and has some knowledge of how these projects go.

Still no power as of April 29.

The fences are down today but the chargers are definitely bot turned on. At least we are in that final phase of waiting.

Even more progress as of yesterday. Things are looking good. All of the terminals look ready to go with their white casings on.
