In email conversation with Mr. Power from Fortis (yes actually), it seems the delay may be some contractual hurdle between Tesla and Canadian Tire. Of the two, I’d guess one could more easily approach local Canadian Tire for info, to begin with.

Update, I emailed [email protected] and got a call back from the Calgary service centre. They are adamant they will do nothing about the paint, say they do not feel responsible for sending vehicle out with no flaps and no paint protection (my fault for driving it on actual roads I suppose...

me too. I also live in BC, got my car in Calgary though in the winter. Paint was damaged before I even got home. Definitely want in on the class action at this point after I asked nicely a few times! I'll send you a message if I can figure that out...

Same here. I knew I saw the controls for the third row heat... but in the car, there are no controls. In the app I wondered if maybe the heat was for the rear window not the seats? But that makes no sense. In that case it wouldn’t have left and right controls, and three levels of heat.
