Why not return? I’m pretty sure I saw in their site that you could return if you aren’t satisfied.

I have the same screenshot as the guy the above. It showed very clearly on the website that production would start in May. Are you still on track to ship the 3rd row by the end of Q3? If not, what is the partial refund amount you are offering?

I have the same question. My receipt says May production so I would really like to know what the deal is with the 7 seater frunk and trunk mats. Previous comments from the owners on here make it sound like it’s not even in production yet.

New order number is 2032 and my old order number was 1496. My package was delivered Friday but I’m out of town so I can’t check to see what I received.

I picked up in Vallejo and had a great experience. I was able to call them directly once I had my vin to schedule an appt. and the entire process was so smooth.

Mine worked again yesterday for one outing, recording every time a car drove by it, but it’s back to not working again today.

Mine didn’t, I put them on when I got home. I didn’t get rear PPF either.

Had a notification this morning saying that Sentry Mode turned off due to a system error. Maybe related?

I don’t think mine is working either. The first day it recorded 60+ events when I was parked in a public lot but hasn’t recorded a single event since. I find it hard to believe that no one has come close to my vehicle when out in public.

My car was one of the 211s on the tracker and yes, 5 is the number that gets put in if you use an X for any of the digits.

For the charger, I think it’s just the federal tax credit. MCE does have a rebate for the EV if you qualify.

I am picking up today so I finalized my financing agreement last night. I can confirm that it’s with US Bank for 72 mos at 1.24%. Just a straightforward agreement.

Policy must have changed because Chris approved 72 mos. for me at the end of April!

Surprised by this. Tesla automatically bumped me up to 72 months when matching DCU’s 1.24%.

I didn't have one. It had disappeared over a week ago. Prior to the disappearance, it was 3-13 weeks. My SA told me to expect delivery on the first two weeks of June so that ended up being accurate.

I got mine around 9am after having no change to my account around 6am.

Hadn’t received any texts to schedule delivery or anything since getting my VIN this morning so I called the delivery center. They promptly made an appt. for me to pick up tomorrow! So stoked!

Decided to call my delivery center since I got my VIN but no schedule delivery text. They asked when I want to get it so of course I said ASAP. Picking her up tomorrow at 10am!! So, if you have a vin but no delivery scheduled, call them!!

Yeah, I am definitely still cautious since I've received my VIN but no delivery text since others here have seen their VINs disappear.

I start checking the site at about 5:30am every morning and there were no updates until I refreshed around 9am.

That’s my location but apparently they will do home delivery when the time comes. I’ve been scouring these boards and there seems to be very little activity out of Vallejo so far. I’m getting so antsy!
