My car has been all out of whack since the OTA update. It won’t lock either. Plus it won’t connect to the Tesla network. I’ve called service and they weren’t able to fix it over the phone. Somebody will come out next week to my house to hopefully fix the issue. Definitely a bit frustrating...

Where is Sirius XM? I have not seen that on my car. Also it seems that only Slacker Radio and Spotify are available for streaming. Are these the only options?

I’m loving my EOQ car. No major flaws that I’ve noted but I’m not super picky. The car itself is great. A huge move up from my 2007 Mercedes E350. I’m still torn about the yoke. If I had an option for a round steering wheel I’d likely take it.

My phone key seems to be fine. Although I did get the new iPhone so I just set that all up so I had to pair my new phone with the car. Everything went smooth with that. I’ve reset all my settings and it didn’t take too long to reconfigure my car to my old settings.

Same happened to me! I did the OTA software update and all my settings were deleted. Pretty annoying. But I’ve got to say this car is amazing. More impressed with it everyday even though there definitely are some bugs to work through.

Not sure if it helps but you should give your sales center a call. When I called Walnut Creek earlier this month they said I had a very high probablitly of getting my car by 9/30. And it happened. Not sure if this was just dumb luck but maybe the sales people do have some minor insight.

Just got a VIN! RN 1146 OD 3/9/21 Model S LR MSM 19” Black interior No FSD. EDD was at 9/24 to 9/30. I’m 30 minutes from Fremont so it’s no surprise that I’m in the EOQ rush. Paid off the balance and this baby should be delivered by the end of the month!

I have seen the prototypes driving around here in the Bay Area. They looked pretty nice.

The $100 deposit is non refundable anyway. I ordered a model 3 initially and tried to transfer that to my model S order but they are telling me each $100 deposit is non refundable so I will be losing at least $100 on one of these orders.
