Very true it's way better than what others had to spend to get their car. It's one of those things where you never know where the price is heading with new cars. I did also buy a 2015 P85DL used in May 2021 which has devalued by over 50%. It's worth it, I hope, considering that I'm paying cash.

Yes, it was in my opinion. I never went down the rabbit hole to figure what the normal whine sound was versus a "bad" whine. It had gotten louder over the 2 years I've owned the car. I specifically asked for the speed sensor to be pulled and got no pushback.

Thanks to this thread it saved me 7k! I told the service center in Bellevue, near Seattle that my car has been making an increasingly loud whining noise and to pull the speed sensor to check for coolant and they did. I am getting a new LDU in the next month. Just in time as my warranty ends on...

I have the same issue, frunk open error while driving, low coolant, random alarms, and for the first time the other night the right headlight. No coincidence mine is a 2015 March build as well. Glad to see the issue is an easy fix for DIYers but if anyone can dumb down this process for a guy...
