Tesla Service Centers do not perform body repairs to my knowledge. the in-house option would be, they put touch up paint on that area or replace the front fascia. Otherwise they sublet the work out to a third party. You may want to look for a third party mobile paint repair or tesla certified...

Does this issue happen on a specific road? Obviously some roads may have issues with autopilot. If you can get this to happen on a road close to your service center, that would be the best way to duplicate that for them so they can experience it.

I would think that the huge vehicle weight with the drive unit and battery still installed will make that V8 guzzle gas. It would be really interesting to see Supercharging would not be an option as that feature would be removed because it is salvage

The Vehicle takes into account the ambient temp, battery temp, and state of charge. Alot of variables when charging your car. Results may vary
