That doesn't seem right. The sales advisor scheduled my delivery appointment when I called him directly. I never received any texts from Tesla ever. Also weird thing was sales advisor could not pull my account info using my phone number or last name. I had to give him order number.

Yes, option 4 rang and went to voicemail. SA finally picked up when I called his direct number, he said earliest was 4:00 PM today. That was too late for me. scheduled for June 1st ...all good. Phew.

So frustrating. No call so far to schedule delivery. No response from SA when I let him know yesterday that I am leaving town this afternoon. SA on vacation returning today. I called service center goes direct to voicemail. I just need to schedule delivery for June 1st or pick up by 1:30 PM...

At the same time....I was typing it as I excitedly told my SO that we got the VIN. If he was asleep then TMC would have been the first to know 😆

Never mind. It accepted the VIN at 8:00 am mark.

Was anyone able to add the new VIN to their insurance. When I try to add the VIN to my state farm account, it gives me an error saying "we are unable to verify the VIN you have entered..."

I haven't received a VIN yet but so happy to see this move along for lot of folks! I am stressing right now since I leave on vacation tomorrow and back June 1st. What happens if one cannot pick up on the given date. Will SC hold car for a week? Hopefully my SA at highland park responds soon...

I am following you and Anndybo. When both of you get your VINs, I will know that my VIN will get assigned soon too! I am picking up at Highland Park. Haven’t really interacted much with my SA since he only says what I can already see on my account.
