    you only need pay $250 or so to buy peak USB-CAN, and home-made other cables by yourself. see what I did on a 2018 model S RCM module. airbag pinout --> obd --> DB9 --> peak USB-CAN-laptop To access from whole vehicle, just use X437A-OBD adaptor cable --> DB9 --> peak USB-CAN-laptop good luck!
