Hi, I happened to talk to the tech from Tesla today. I had the same problem. Resetting the system- by holding two rollers on the handle- solve the issue on my car.

How did you solve the issue? Did you bring it to the service or did you find a cleaner that works?? I did bring a car for tinting and it is possible that they might have used some cleaning chemicals.

So I have a similar issue. Is it due to the CA heat? Had any body brought this to the service? What do they say and is this under warranty?

They fixed it again. This time manager took care of it. Also about the windshield crack- they explained the sealing/Caulking was cracked under the windshield, which caused the windshield break.

So they replaced it and resulted more gap and flush, detachment. I am like .... you could have not even built a Lego blocks when you were little.

I have an update! I took it to the shop and they didn’t find outside impact. So they will cover the cost under parts warranty!

This is what happed today. No evidence of outside impact. I have 12,000 mileage on it and delivered on Oct 2020. I requested service oppointment. And will see what they will say. I hope i will be under the warranty. Tesla insurance does not even answer the call this Sunday.
