The delivery guy told me - I spoke with him before he got into his Uber. After your inspection you can just use the Service tab in the App to make service appointment where you can upload pictures to support your tickets.

You have 24 hours or 100 miles to inform them and they will send mobile technicians out to inspect and fix problems.

I have a question about insurance. Is anyone using Tesla insurance? Anything good or bad about it? Who is their underwriter? I don't think they actually have the license for their own insurance business, but you never know - they did trademark for Tesla restaurants :). Thanks in advance...

Totally understand how you feel - I ordered on 4/19 not as early as you. This may be the best time to get your finance sorted out though. I got BoA to pre-approve a 2.09$ car loan and Tesla matched it right away. Best luck to us all!

I have the same spec and ordered on 4/19. According to my SA, the production of my car has been pushed back twice already - it was originally set for June 2. Now it is 6/16. Hopefully, we will get the same batch.

I called my SA and he said my car is scheduled for production 6/16 (!!!). He said because color such as blue and red are rare so is white interior. The factory waits until they get enough number of order before they start final production. 😂 😂

I got 2.09 from BoA and Tesla matched. I tried Chase too, but they wouldn't get me a quote and instead asked me to apply to Tesla directly. I think Tesla uses Chase for all the ~2% and below loans, so they cannot match you because it is already a Chase offer.

Me too! 3-13 weeks. I think we may be able to benefit from the federal tax credit - eligibility is determined by vehicle delivery, I believe 😂 :rolleyes:;)

I contacted DCU but was never able to get my application through for some reason even after I talked with someone on the phone. I have really good credit score (over 830 on the 850 scale). I ended up going with Bank of American which offered 2.09%. Tesla matched it right away.

If one refinances, will the car then be considered a new car or a used car? 😂 I mean rates for used cars are usually higher, correct?

When in your tesla account, click on manage next to the image of the car.

We have identical specs! I ordered 4/19. Our delivery date was as early as 5/11 but is now 6/1-6/21. I hope you get yours soon.

That is exactly what I ordered on 4/19, 5 seat :) So looking forward to it. Now my delivery date is June 1-June 21. I got a text from Tesla today, was so excited, it turned out I forgot to upload my insurance😅😂
