Agree! Seems like they could fix it. Biggest issue I see is I get kids loaded up watching something then have to run back into house then when I come back car is reset so have to log back in.

Exact same here chewy, 4 months and 4k miles in, I'm 8.5% down on my MYP. I suppose it's bc I'm in TX and garage is hot, but will try some of these suggestions about varying the SoC and allowing deep sleep and see what happens.

Wow - after asking that....got my VIN. 197xxx it was 3-5 weeks as of this afternoon then got the blue button confirm tesla vision and now June 1-7 for delivery. ordered 4/1 - MYP, MSM, Tow, FSD in Dallas

Those of you who have gotten VINs....did it say 3-5 weeks before you got VIN...like it just suddenly flipped to “you’re getting the car really soon”

Mine disappeared but was back this morning at 6/17-6/30 which it’s been steady at for a while. MYP, MSM, FSD, Tow ordered 4/1 in TX initially was 5-9 weeks. Today is 8 weeks in.

Lots of long range model y orders getting VINs today but have not seen a performance get filled.

The 3-5 on the site is frustrating. Ordered MYP 8 weeks ago and it said 5-9 weeks. My dates are 6/17-6/30 now which is 3-5 from now....or the same as ordering today.

I was really wondering the same thing. Hope someone experienced can chime in on this. Does this happen every quarter?

Ordered MYP, Black/Black, Tow hitch, FSD on 4/1, changed to midnight silver on 4/19, Dallas TX - the sales rep said that switching the color wouldn't hurt my timing, but reading this forum it seems like it did 4/1: 5-9 weeks (May 6-June 3) 4/11: May 19 - June 8 4/14: April 26 - May 13 4/19...
