Sorry you are right - now that you said that, I did reply Yes to the delivery date text but I also followed it up with a phone call as I had heard nothing from Tesla. Text worked fine for me. That was a week ago though

Sorry - I have never tried to reply. Always assumed it was a one-way update. I have always just rang them.

I use the support number for everything. They have about 4 options including deliveries.

Apparently they don’t register with DVLA until the day of delivery so the reg could still change. They should still be able to give you a reg though

I called Tesla and asked them once I knew the delivery date was confirmed. They sent it by text. They did say it could change though it is unlikely

Not necessarily (Tesla operates in strange ways :)) - Someone may not have taken delivery and it is a match for your order so the car has been allocated to you!

Kinto was who I dealt with as well. I found calling Tesla and talking to someone worked. Also, bear in mind that Kinto uses a leasing company who are the ones buying the car from Tesla. I found out that the leasing company (in this case Arval) had set the car allocation to the car delivery date...

Forget about fleet and leasing company. In my case (not with NHS) they were both useless and a constant battle with them to get information. Also the estimated delivery from fleet was always wrong. Now that you have your RN number, just deal direct with Tesla. They could be a pain though but I...
