we got VIN this Monday and it says "Please pay off your remaining balance prior to delivery" now. Do I need to do anything about it? we are using third party financing. No text to schedule delivery yet. Any suggestions?

We called many times last couple week and the rep told us that internal error blocked our order from profile complete....... ordered on 04/08 but profile completes 06/05 anyone know if we got delayed due to late profile date? "One rep says it does impact, two said no." (I don't trust them anymore)

Ordered on 03/31. it says 3-13 weeks last weekend and now it's gone again........
