No it isn't. They're just "dumb lights" at the moment.

I'm not sure this is accurate. M3 uses some sort of matrix technology. Though it may not be yet legal in the USA, matrix features can be (de)activated via software. Seeing this headlight in person, I can assure you that there is some matrix technology, and that these are not "dumb" projector...

There's no 'decline' button. I think they just cancel the order if you don't accept... (or I suppose they'd try to get you into existing inventory, if that exists!)

I just received an email from my SA indicating that I need to accept a change to my MY-LR delivery before they can proceed with assigning me a VIN. Basically, the text of the acceptance is that since Tesla is moving to a vision-only system, that certain safety features are temporarily disabled...
