I called service and they sent the update. It works fine when I’m connected to WIFI.

I received the new update last week. It seems to only work when I’m connected to Wifi. I couldn’t view the live camera at work today. First time I tried. It’s working now that I’m home on WIFI.

I I don’t even see the option in my car or iPhone anymore. It seems to have gone away. I’m so confused and annoyed.

I have a 2021 model y It was delivered in June. I saw live view at one point. Now it’s not an option. I don’t know what happened.

I finally received my car!!!! Ordered on 5/15. Picked up at Mt. Kisco yesterday. Service was great. SA walked me through functions and personal settings as well as my son who arrived before me. I signed a few papers that took less than 5mins and I was done. I’m loving the car!!

My account has an EDD today. 6/18-6/30.

I clicked the option that said orders placed. And then they asked for my zip code. Ironic my SA answered.

My account is still blank for delivery as well. I placed my order on 5/15. Just got off the phone with Mt. Kisco. They said it's really busy and I should be getting my vin no later than next week. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

I ordered on May 15th. I’m getting the same delivery info as well. I hope this is good news.

Where did you see the change?

My SA responded to the email I sent. He said inventory has picked up and I should receive my VIN next week and delivery by June. I hope he’s more accurate than the rep I spoke with over the phone. I’m keeping my fingers crossed.

Hello all. I’m new to the forum. I placed my order on 5/15. I live in Néw York. Estimated delivery 4-11 weeks. I’m still waiting for the vin number. Glad to see I’m not alone.
