Has to be a Tesla issue. Going to try off wifi to see if anything shows up later today. Dashcam viewer, charge stats all work fine, so thinking it is server side. Maybe there is some enablement they need to do at Tesla when you request access?

Same happening here in Canada. Tried everything suggested in other threads...tried on iPhone and iPad, same result. Hoping it is something that resolves with time.

Looks like this is popping up in Canada as I am getting the Page Failed to Load message after enabling Safety Score last night and taking a drive. Tried everything on this thread, closed all apps, reboot phone, car, deleted the Tesla app and reinstalled....nothing.

If the issue did not occur as a result of an update, then I think it may be something else.

Went to service centre today and had the RWK ASY,LOW VOLTAGE 1.00 CONTROLLER,RIGHT(1100340- 90-G) replaced. All good now, everything working as it should.

Booked SC appt for Friday. They will replace the module at no charge as per instruction from their Engineering team. Good news is that this appears to be a recognized issue with specific VINs.
