i'm a little cautious to get excited yet, I asked for the vehicle to be assigned to me but I'm waiting on what exactly the damage was. I ran a carfax on it and it's just showing the minimum information that there was damage and it was fixed so I've asked for more info on it. BUT. So far so good.

I just called Tesla, they found me a vehicle that had some repair work done but is considered new. Pickup now likely next week. Super hyped.

I actually am in the same boat, I put my current insurance in even though I’m not supposed to and it hasn’t helped any.

None whatsoever. Literally just cutting me off and saying “no”. If you have a specific contact, maybe that would help.

I’m in the web development world, specifically building API’s for large companies with millions of requests daily. I would have upper management up my ass if I had broken something as simple as showing an ESTIMATE range. This company is terrible.

I'm fine with the website being broken, but also everyone i have been able to speak to also can't tell me a date range. Like I openly tell them, it's fine if you have to tell me 3 months. I can deal with that. But nada. I don't NEED this car.

Really starting to get impatient with the lack of delivery information i have, I'm seeing people with exactly the same spec in close by cities with close enough order dates getting VINS and even the car. Never mind just having delivery dates. At what point do I cancel my order? My SA is...

Hey all, hopping over from the SR+ waiting room. Is there anyone else here with a 5/11 (ish) order date, MSM with a blank delivery window? A few of us over there have literally no delivery window at all and no VIN yet.

Hell, at this point i'd take a July 30 - August 18 just to have a date range. So hard to prepare or plan my life when I have literally no window for estimated delivery.

Just noticed on the website, Model 3 estimated delivery is back up to 8-12 weeks. It looks like it's going to be a while.

I would be livid if I was you. I've seen people on reddit with the exact same config as you get their VINs with order dates in May.

FWIW, I haven’t had mine since like Thursday or Friday. Showed 5-11 weeks then disappeared and nothing since.

Did you find your VIN earlier or not? That would be weird if you had a VIN…

Nice ride! I ordered 5/11 in MI and haven't had any delivery dates. I think there's some substance to the rumors that white models are built first.

I just spoke with someone on chat and all they said is they are working on the 4-11 week timeline right now.

Sounds like the only difference we have is paint color. I have the same specs but MSM instead of black. I wish this process made sense.

Anyone STILL not have even an estimated window? I went from 5-11 weeks (5/11 order date) to nothing. Just saw someone on Reddit with a 5/16 order date in OH get their VIN. At this point i'd take the 5-11 weeks back. No information sounds like bad news.

New orders are showing an estimated delivery of 2-12 weeks.. beats the 5-12 weeks I had before my estimated delivery window vanished. Man this process is sucky.

Thanks for the tips - got switched to pickup from Clarkston, not ideal but it’s okay if it means I get the car faster. They seemed like they wanted to help which was nice. I didn’t get any info on a new SA, but I will probably reach out later this week. thanks again!

Just called and got switched over. Bit of a longer drive for pickup but shouldn’t be a huge problem. Hopefully I hear something back other than no estimated delivery dates.

My SA is based out of Vegas, and never picks up the phone. I would love to switch SA’s if that is something I can do.

Just spoke to Tesla in Grand Rapids MI. Long and short of the call was they currently don’t have any VIN numbers to match vehicles to. Basically it’s down to the SA to grab cars that meet the criteria for their customer. If you have a bad SA, it’s gonna be a long road.

Is there anyone else around that ordered around 5/11 MSM. No other changes? I currently don’t have a delivery window and trying to convince myself this isn’t a bad thing lol
